Vendor applications for Weekend in the Woods 2026 are now open!

NON FOOD:

Glitter? Merch? Airbrush tats? Vapes? 

Whatever you provide, we may have space for you in the woods in 2026!

We try our upmost to not have conflicting traders, to give traders the best possible chance of maximum takings. Unlike other festivals, we do not take a huge percentage of your takings as a pitch fee.

Each space is £100. You get a pitch (up to 5m x 5m) free camping pitch and 2 staff passes for the weekend. You have to be set up prior to the event opening and cannot pack away until the event has finished. Electricity can be provided, for a small charge.
